It is recorded in Sunan Abi Dawud, Hadith 3820, that the holy Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said:
‘What a good food vinegar is.’
This Hadith shows vinegar’s place in a halal diet, but modern production methods must still align with Islamic standards.
